ABOUT OUR COMPANY

Advantage Osborne, LLC was founded in 1999 and serves its clients’ needs throughout Wisconsin and parts of the Midwest.

T. Michael OsborneCompany President T. Michael Osborne says his company’s primary goal is to serve as a “turnkey middleman” in commercial real estate transactions. Mike and his team have 36 years of experience in the commercial real estate market.

The firm specializes in tenant representation, leasing, development, consulting and property management. Mike  has personally managed and leased over 1,000,000 square feet of office space while employed at a large regional real estate company and currently manages approximately 700,000 square feet of office space through Advantage Osborne, LLC.

Mike has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designations. He is also a member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), the Commercial Brokers Group, Inc. (CBG), and the Rotary Club of Madison.  He is a past board president of CBG; serves on  the boards of SIOR Professional Standards and Ethics Committee, Madison Rotary Foundation, and Family Services; and was a two-term president of the CCIM Wisconsin Chapter.

Wendy MoeWendy Moe is the Vice President of Advantage Osborne, LLC, where she is responsible for the creation of marketing collateral materials as well as showing office space, negotiating lease transactions, and assisting property owners and tenants.

Prior to joining Advantage Osborne, Wendy worked at Siegel-Gallagher Inc. and Ruedebusch Development and Construction.  At these positions, she was directly involved with marketing, database research, and leasing within the Madison Market.   Between August 1996 and June 2003, she was Vice President – Operations Coordinator at The Blettner Group where she was responsible for the implementation, training and maintenance of a database of 3,500 prospects.  In addition to being an integral member of the team that negotiated office leases with CUNA Mutual Mortgage Corporation, US Bank, New York Life Insurance Company and WPS; she was responsible for creating floor plans using AutoCAD.  Her brokerage contacts within the Madison community are well established in her role as administrator for the Commercial Brokers Group.

Matt Osborne Matt Osborne, Property Manager, joined Advantage Osborne in June 2016. Matt's extensive background in customer service greatly benefits our tenants. He is responsible for providing a full range of management services including lease administration, cost saving evaluations, energy use analysis, maintenance, security and daily operations. His strong organization skills along with his acute attention to detail assure the high level of service given to the daily operations and on-going maintenance of the buildings in our property management portfolio.

 



John VogelWe welcomed John Vogel as our Senior Facilities/Safety Manager in early 2014. His extensive background in property maintenance, construction, and HVAC is evident from his 30+ years in the industry in which his professional demeanor helps to oversee all projects while maintaining customer satisfaction and strong working relationships. We count on John to troubleshoot and take corrective action on projects as well as implement prevention maintenance activities.
